How did they confirm to you that they received your scores? I had gotten a similar email this past Monday, which is strange because I sent my scores to them in October 2013 and received an email (an automated one though) in December that they had received my scores. Nonetheless, I sent an email to the Admissions office with the PDF copy of my score report along with the confirmation email from December. The weird part though is that in the application page they state that it could take up to 2 weeks for standardized scores to be matched up with applications and we're not yet two weeks out. Should we wait for them to match them up or send another set of the scores just in case?

Um..not sure I fully understand. Either ways, here's my suggestion.

Check your application status page, and if it shows a red cross against your GMAT score report, then call the admissions office or send them an email stating that you have already sent your score. Won't take more than a day or two to resolve.

If every box including GMAT score shows a green tick mark, all is good and no action needed.

I did all of the above already - emailed them, called the office. But my status is still the same. Did they call you back or email you that they had received your scores? Or was the green tick mark on your application status the only indication that they had matched your scores to your file?

When I got the missing materials email, I was asked to contact one of them for any questions. I emailed her and called the office, after which I saw the tick in the box as well as a confirmation from her that my score has been updated. So it was a glitch from their end. Seems the same applies to your case.

What was the response you got when you called the admissions office? If they said they'll revert, they probably will. I also confirmed with GMAC that I had sent the score report for the correct 'course'.

I got their voicemail when I called unfortunately and I did email the person you're referring to directly pretty much as soon as I got the email. But again, no response. I haven't called ETS yet but I double-checked my score report and the Yale code was the correct one. So now I'm worried....hmm...maybe I'll call them again tomorrow.

Yep no harm in calling, good enough grounds to. PM me if you need any help.

The status on the main Application Management page does not change from Submitted, even after you receive an interview. However, when you open the application, under Recent Activities (where it shows Payment Received), the activities "Interview Requested" and "Interview Scheduled" will be added once you've received an interview invite and scheduled an interview. Hope that helps!

Are we expecting a wave of invites today similar to last Friday? Are those of you saying you were invited to interview just getting to updating your status now based off of an invite last Friday, or have the adcom been submitting invites throughout this week?

Based off of only 10% of R2 GMATClub applicants having invites right now, I would imagine we don't have to panic quite yet.

That is, unless GMATClub applicants to Yale are particularly terrible this year.

Based off of only one person mentioning they got an invite today (the other person who changed their status today indicated he received the invite on MLK day), I would say its more likely AdCom is sending invites as they go through applications. Also, with the snowstorm and MLK day this week, I imagine not much reviewing was done.
