Consultant Julie-Anne Heafey
When considering B school and the application process, I was skeptical of the cost of admissions consulting services. After several free consultations with different firms, I immediately could picture the value that Julie-Anne would provide. She stood out among others for her sincerity and advice even before I became a client.
If you are on the fence about using a consultant, Julie-Anne was worth the cost and incredibly beneficial throughout the process, candidly evaluating my application. She was particularly helpful in refining my essays and Julie-Anne's experience made her an awesome sounding board. She helped take my application from good to great! The best part of working with Julie-Anne was that she genuinely cares and followed up with me to talk through my options even after my hours were up. It was all worth it as I was able to get into my dream school!

Consultant Daniel Richards
I signed up for the hourly package with Dan and my experiences with him were great. He was extremely helpful in the brainstorming and essay components. He was great at filtering out the details that were not important and helping me stay focused on the story that I wanted to share with the admissions committee. There were times when I would feel nervous and I would have questions about my essay or the application process; however, Dan was always available by phone or email to logically go over the questions on my mind. All of our conversations were very professional and no matter how silly questions were, Dan was able to address them all with equal weight, including waitlist and scholarship related questions.
Dan helped me put together strong applications for the business schools that I was interested in. I am very satisfied with the outcome and would happily vouch for Dan.

Kate is everything you would want in a consultant. She is conscientious, punctual, and an incredible resource. I primarily used her services for essay review and she exceeded my expectations with her level of insight and technical proficiency. The resources she provided were invaluable and the process was very smooth. We worked as a team to develop highly targeted and relevant essays that I was proud to submit as part of my MBA applications. I will be starting at Kellogg in the fall of 2020. I have worked with Michael to apply for 6 MBA programs in round 2. All the business schools I have applied were extremely competitive as they were among the top 10 of the financial times.
My application was strong but I had an average GMAT/GRE score, therefore I worked with Michael to craft a very good essay based on my background and personal passions.

I worked with Helen Summers for ~3 months on my MBA essays and she provided invaluable support and guidance, ultimately helping me get accepted into 4 M7 programs. Helen is honest and direct and will not BS you when your essays need work. She is supportive and consistently pushed me to dig deeper and improve upon how I got my points across in all my essays. She is extremely organized and prompt, I never waited more than 2 days for a response on a question or essay draft. She was always willing to hop on a quick call to talk through questions or hard topics. I highly recommend working with Helen on any and all parts of your MBA applications.

I hired Harshad because he had a background in Engineering and Product Management which matched my academic and professional background. I loved hearing Harshad's honest feedback on everything I said in the discovery call. He understood my background, my goals and gave me a reality check which helped me make a decision between applying for a Full time vs Part time MBA program.
Once I decided which programs to apply, he helped me craft my Resume and Essays which were a big piece in my application. I always looked forward to his thoughtful, straightforward feedback which helped me craft compelling essays. When ever I was stuck in the process, he took time from his busy schedule to call me and helped me move forward. With his guidance I was admitted to a school of my top choice. At certain times he even gave me more time than I had paid for just to help me get to the finish line. I thought that was such a sweet gesture from him.
Harshad can balance constructive criticism with encouragement and also did not sugarcoat anything during the process which was exactly what I was looking for in a consultant. He always responded on time with feedback, sometimes even sooner than expected. Hiring Harshad was the best decision in the MBA application process. I highly recommended hiring him if you want someone who can give you a honest assessment of your current situation and also help you being out the best of you in the essays. I plan to buy more time with Harshad to get his take on how to choose between multiple admits which was something I hadn't even planned for.

Consultant Michael Guttman
Indian - Male - IT - Average GMAT score. Deadly combo.
I purchased hourly services with Michael. We started working on the CV, to begin with, and he helped me completely transform my CV. With his help and nuanced opinions, I could tell a story in my CV and could project the impact I created with my work. Thereafter, he provided his feedback and edits on essays and helped me write my goals and story in a coherent and concise way.
I also had a mock interview session with him before facing my first ever b-school interview and I could convert that interview because of the practice I did with him. This practice proved seminal in my subsequent interviews with other schools.
Overall, Michael & I worked on essays of four different schools apart from CV and a mock interview. Michael is extremely proficient and easy to work with. If you send him a draft, you can definitely expect to receive the response within the stipulated timeframe.
I received multiple admits, each with a decent scholarship amount. I am extremely grateful to him for this collaboration. I wholeheartedly recommend Michael to anyone who is looking to get help with the b-school application process.

I've been working with Harold for over a year now, and couldn't be more grateful for the support he's provided. From the get go, he listened to my interests and passions, and helped me find the unifying thread that brought that all together into a strong story.
Harold is incredibly knowledgeable about different schools, the application process, and career paths. He has opinions about different programs, which is refreshing. Overall, I enjoyed working with Daniel for the past month. The process wasn't stressful at all. I retained Daniel for his hourly services and asked him to provide feedback on my MBA essays. Daniel was extremely insightful and helpful during the brainstorming process, asking poignant questions to help me delve deeper into my story and highlight my strengths. His feedback was always constructive, concise, and clear. I appreciated how he always was extremely responsive to emails and would have 24-48 turnaround on essay feedback.

I was so happy with Helen as my consultant. I was reapplying to a couple schools this year and decided to use Helen to help craft my story. I found her when I was struggling with my story the most, unsure of how to cohesively weave my background, work experience, and goals into one story. Helen was incredibly resourceful in digging deep to my story and understand what drives and has shaped me and how I can make an impact in the future. She gave me confidence in my story while also being honest about what needed to be cut - somethings were better off being discarded than salvaged and I really appreciated her honesty in the process.
