I think that Jen’s greatest strength is her ability to ask thoughtful questions that help you uncover what's really driving you. She went so far beyond just helping me put together the applications to really pushing me to think deeply about my career goals, my longer-term direction, and my own motivations. When I was vague or unsure, she dug deeper, asked sharper questions, pulled in things I had written or said literally MONTHS BEFORE, and helped me articulate myself better than I ever had.
