TTP helped me get the score I needed!

Improvement 110 Points

Course Target Test Prep Flexible Prep

Strengths:

The practice problem sets allowed me to test and retest my weak areas and improve them.

Each lesson is so detailed that I felt confident at the end of lessons for previously weak areas.

Tailoring the study plan to my needs was very easy. I never felt like I wasted a moment.

When I started preparing for the GMAT, I felt comfortable using the official guides. However, after taking my first test it was clear that there was room for improvement, as I was about 100 points below my target range. I especially lacked in the quantitative section.

I happened upon Target Test Prep while doing some research on the internet. Other people spoke favorably of it; so I thought I would give it a try. Almost immediately, it was clear why TTP was so well-received by others. The study plan was clear and straightforward, and was tailored to goals that I inputted upon signing up.

Each section of the study plan has extensive information and tips on how to approach each subject. If you study each lesson carefully, it is impossible to not improve.

What I found particularly helpful were the practice/chapter tests and the ability to make your own customized problem sets. The standard practice tests at the end of each section were a great way to apply what I gained from the lessons. Towards the end of my time preparing for the GMAT, making customized problem sets that included only my weak topics was incredibly effective in refining my approach.

Without TTP, my score of 720 does not happen. I could not recommend their services more strongly!

Very Good Resource for Quant

Strengths:

-Very effective Quant section; Verbal, IR, and AWA sections are also well-designed
-Large pool of practice questions which are similar to official GMAT questions
-Provides good testing strategies

Would make the product better:

-My only suggestion would be matching interface of RC questions to match that of the actual test
-Ability to create Verbal practice quizzes

Very thorough lessons, especially in regards to the Quant section. As someone who's reading skill is far better than his quantitative reasoning, and especially considering that I hadn't extensively done any hard math problems in over four years, TTP was what I needed to boost my confidence and my score. This program will form a steady foundation for and understanding of the GMAT as a whole, but I especially recommend this course for anyone struggling with the Quant section. Being able to access so many questions in one place and take mini-tests was a major boon, as it allowed me to get a feel for what GMAT questions would look like. The course does take a decent amount of time to complete (around 4 months), but it is worth every minute. Overall, TPP is a course that is well worth the price.

THEY DON`T CARE ABOUT STUDENTS WHO TRUSTED THEM AND FAILED

Strengths:

Generally, the couse was really well stuructured, they give you tons of questions to practice on quant, although untill the time you begin to reach the end of the course you begin to forget the things you have taught for, and that`s because of the massivness of the course probably i guess.

Would make the product better:

Client orientation and more verbal tests, they lack so much on verbal. You cover one topic on quant, course gives you 300 questions to solve, you cover one topic in verbal, they give you 20 question to practice on.

So guys, all in all, i must say first time i did Gmat i only got 540, but after the course managed to get 620! But the thing is that before you purchase the course they promise you to return your money if you don`t get at least 110 point increase , which i clearly didn`t manage to do, but anyway got no return. Must say the cash return guarantee works only if you finish 100% of the course, and i finished 90% only as they say, but the 10% was just recommendations and Ir and AWa parts, which couldn`t just impact my score, which means i have finished their course, but anyway that was their reason(

The most horrible thing about the course is that they have 0 client orientation. I said them i don`t pretned for the return , though i practically finished 100% of the course , its so called learning phase with all the tests on Verbal and Quant. All i wanted from them was that they would give me some sort of discount, cause i hoped they would support their students, who spent 600$ on the course, for which i got rejection. I know that eGmat for example just gives their course for several months for free for students who trusted them and still couldn`t get promised by them score, however the same policy doesnt work at TTP, they give no interest on the people who trusted them and its sad.

So, my recommendation guys, if you are stuck between eGmat and TTP, don`t you even think twice, eGmat will support you as opposed to TTP, which doesnt even keep its promise(score guarantee)

So guys, i realize that my claims about TTP nit giving me discount may sound for some of you brazenly, cause technically they are right and i am just crying, and so it be, but the undisputable fact is that, if you hope to get 110 point increase by finishing TTP, that`t not guaranteed as well as their money return promises.

verbal section (especially SC)

Would make the product better:

quant tests.

No brainer for verbal section, especially SC , which i struggled with the most. Helped me get those last 20-30 points to break into 700s within a month. Anyone who has exhausted all study resources and are unable to get those last few points should strongly consider TTP. Their youtube channel and videos on Gmat club channel are just as helpful. I was skeptical at first given the buzz and marketing around TTP. But the 1$ trial was enough for me to gauge that it was perfect for me and my study habits. Kudos to scott and the team for making GMAT prep easy and fun !

Only GMAT resource you'll ever need

Course Target Test Prep Maximum Learning

Strengths:

- Well organized. The user doesn't have to worry about making a study plan, it's already created for them
- Very thorough and detailed
- Makes the user actually learn the material, avoids cheap "tricks" to improve your score
- Video explanations on how to solve practice questions

Would make the product better:

Create a virtual flashcard section where students can you a default set of flashcards to study theory or create ones of their own. Have a funcionality similar to custom tests.

Recommend a flexible study plan for people who have a limited amount of time to study for the test.

TTP was the best resource I could have asked for to prepare for the GMAT. Before I began studying, I had no idea how to effectively study and wasted a few months solving random OG practice questions without actually learning the material. After searching for a more structured study plan, I found TTP was the most recommended choice and decided to stick with it after my $1 one week trial given how thorough it is. Turned out to be a great choice.

TTP basically holds your hand all throughout the process and is so detailed and simple to use that you don't need any other resources to study for the GMAT. The study plan has you alternate between Quant and Verbal so you never lose focus on either section and ends each lesson with practice tests that ensure you don't forget what you just learned.

As everyone says, the Quant section is amazing, but the Verbal section was also a life-saver for me, more so given that English is not my first language. Every single topic the GMAT could ask you is covered in the lessons. This ensures the score you get is not luck-based, my practice tests were 10-20 points from my real GMAT score, and I was able to exceed my target score on my first try.

I really believe that TTP is the best plan out there with its combination of lessons, practice questions, practice tests, and video explanations, keeping you engaged every step of the way.

Very Good Option (+ caution for the rote learner)

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

Improvement N/A

Course Target Test Prep Dedicated Study

Strengths:

Impressively detailed QUANT instruction.
The sheer number of questions.
The analytics.
Good instruction on HOW to approach study not just WHAT to do.

Would make the product better:

Guidance on the perils of spending too long on individual sections methodically without continuously reviewing and refreshing previous chapters (all of them).

If you are a rote learner, I would advise you to seek out uncomfortable question styles at the end of your prep.

I came from a very weak QUANT background and I have historically been someone who is quite anxious taking standardised exams to the extent that it impacts my performance.

Some highlights from using this course are: (1) that it explains early on HOW to study and not just WHAT to study, i.e., the correct-answer at all costs oriented mindset is why I was able to develop such strong VERBAL skills in CR, (2) the incredibly detailed understanding-oriented approach to QUANT was very helpful given that I am someone who previously struggled a lot with math.

That said, one constructive criticism is that if you are someone who is traditionally very rote and you have a strong memory, I would advise you to seek out uncertainty and discomfort in the OG bank at the end of your prep. Because I crave patterns I found myself getting really high analytics accuracy (90%) on TTP tests but comparatively poorer scores when handling truly uncertain problems on mock exams.

A Game Changer for Quants & CR

TTP is an incredibly thorough course and I would recommend it to absolutely anyone who plans on giving gmat. The quants are super thorough and the amount of practice one can do from the course is more than enough for a substantial score improvement. Quant & CR are very well designed and the tests in SC also give you an accurate estimation of where you stand.

The language of questions can be tweaked to match the language of official quant questions. While TTP provides somewhat straightforward questions to hammer concepts, it can also include a mix of more OG type questions to provide a more accurate stat about accuracy on the real test.

Verbal lacking and course provided wrong information

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

Course Target Test Prep Maximum Learning

Strengths:

Quant sectionexplanations are great
Chat allows you to ask questions to tutors
The software is easy to use

Would make the product better:

Verbal section is lacking, the theory is super repetitive and not particularly useful, one is much better off watching gmat ninja videos. Overall I would say the verbal section is overloaded with useless theory. In addition, the list of available exercises is very limited, I encountered repeat questions.
Quant section is too detailed for my taste, after doing the same exercise 10x i don't see the value in doing it 10x more, the number of practicing questions testing the same concepts during the course are IMO too many,
Wrong information was reported during the course, the course mentioned it was possible to take the gmat at a test center and immediately afterwards (no cool down period) take the gmat online. This is what I tried to do right before a holiday, I planned the test center option early in the week before holidays (knowing this would be a good practice run) to then take the "real" one in the more favourable online gmat environment. Imagine my frustration when I spoke to people at gmac who informed me a 14 day cool down period applied even after switching from test center to online... This completely messed up my schedule, here I am months later still practicing after taking off 1 month due to holiday (during which I obviously didn't plan to study) Overall really let down the course displayed the wrong information

Strengths:

The strengths of this course are simple and easy-to-understand material which is followed by different levels of practice problems to reinforce the concept learned and Explanatory videos that help in understanding the solution to the problems.

Would make the product better:

The course is perfect and complete.

This course is a complete package. It helped me improvise and reinforce my weaker area in GMAT which is SC section. The course is perfect as it contains not only simple and Easy-to-understand read through material but also followed by the practice problems and explanatory videos. It is for anyone trying to prepare to give their best in the GMAT exam.

The customs tests as well as the Summary sheets for Quants and Idioms played a major role in helping me increase my scores.

Through doing this course, I only felt that I would have been much happier had I found this course much earlier. I would surely recommend this TTP course to anyone and atleast start with the trial 5-Day period to see it for yourself how this course works magic.

In your GMAT journey, May the Course be with you!

Great For Quant

Strengths:

Flexible
Easy to follow
Thorough
Not too expensive

I loved the written concept explanations and the videos for the actual problem solving. Their plans are flexible and easy to follow. Not too much work on any given day. I was really struggling with the quant section of the gmat and decided to go all in and only study for Quant through TTP. This really helped me just focus on the quant and then I ended up scoring 710 overall and was more relaxed during the actual exam.
While I didn't score the best I could on Quant overall I think I was able to use less brain power on the Q section (I took this first) and then use more of my strengths on the Verbal section.
