A Clear, Structured Way to Prep for the GMAT

I used Target Test Prep to prepare for the GMAT, and it was hands down the most effective prep resource I tried. What really sets TTP apart is how structured and thorough it is. Every topic is broken down step by step, so you’re never guessing what you’re supposed to know or why something works.

The explanations are clear and practical, especially for quant. Instead of just showing shortcuts, TTP focuses on building real understanding, which made a huge difference when I started seeing harder or unfamiliar questions. The practice questions are high quality and very well calibrated, so you actually feel yourself improving rather than just grinding random problems.

I also appreciated how the study plan keeps you accountable. It’s very clear what to do each day, and that structure made it much easier to stay consistent. When I followed the plan, my accuracy and confidence improved noticeably.

Overall, Target Test Prep feels like a complete system rather than just a question bank. If you’re serious about improving your score and want a clear, no-nonsense approach, TTP is absolutely worth it.

Strengths:

Great content, solid structure and clean look

Would make the product better:

Prices haha

I recommend TTP for people studying for the GMAT. Their presentation along with the multitude of small benefits helped a lot. I credit my 715 to the fact that I was able to study properly by following the schedule set for me. I had no doubts after reading their explanations and it helped me out a lot .
They also had video explanations for those interested in that.
TTP covered not only the topics and subjects but also concepts like timing, strategy and the like. I enjoyed the fact they taught solid GMAT fundamentals and no gimmicks.
You will have no issue studying the GMAT and scoring well if you follow their plan.

Strengths:

Great Material for Quant
Verbal is good however ppl need more to practice
DI interface is also good and material was good

Would make the product better:

More realistic practice and score prediction

TTP is the best starting material if you are an absolute beginner with lot of time and very little quant knowledge. Their material is very through and gives you a strong concept and fundamentals for all topics
I would highly recommend it however if you are good and quants and don’t need much help then I would suggest you look for verbal focused study package as their verbal was sort of mix bag. I didn’t find it wrong or inaccurate but solving them didn’t give me enough confidence about my GMAT.
For Data insight the material is good however they should add more questions for practice.

I would suggest you don’t pause the subscription for long as it will harm your prep be consistent and use it wisely, if you know a topic try some questions and skip theory

TTP - the most structured GMAT course out there

Strengths:

- depth of the curriculum and the way it is structured, making it very easy to follow
- the analytics provided by the error log and other tools. Helps you trace your weaker areas and have targeted improvements.

Would make the product better:

- depth of the question banks: if students have a larger question pool to practice from, and customize tests according to, then there's nothing stopping TTP from being a one-stop-solution

I used Target Test Prep across a 6–7 month prep journey that took me from a 685 to a 725 (99th percentile), and I can say with confidence that TTP was the single biggest factor behind that improvement.
What sets TTP apart is the depth of its curriculum. Rather than teaching you shortcuts or tricks, the course rebuilds your understanding of every concept from the ground up — which is exactly what the GMAT rewards. The structured flow meant I always knew what to study next, and the review sets and notes made retention far more manageable than I expected.
The other standout feature for me was the error log and analytics. Even after six months of prep, I could pull up mistakes from my earliest practice sessions with full context on what went wrong. That level of traceability was invaluable heading into my later attempts - it helped me close gaps I didn't even know were still open, and gave my revision a precision that generic re-studying simply can't replicate.
If you're serious about the GMAT and willing to put in the work, TTP gives you everything you need to maximise your outcome. Highly recommended.

I can confidently say that Target Test Prep was the single most impactful resource in my GMAT preparation. I used the OnDemand course, and it exceeded all my expectations.

Before starting TTP, my quant performance was inconsistent, and I lacked a clear structure in my preparation. The course completely changed that. The curriculum is incredibly well-organized, breaking down even the most complex topics into manageable, easy-to-understand lessons. What really sets TTP apart is the depth of its explanations and the logical progression, it ensures you truly understand concepts rather than just memorize tricks.

The chapter tests and analytics were also a game changer. Being able to track my accuracy and identify weak areas helped me stay disciplined and focused. The sheer volume of high-quality practice questions gave me the repetition I needed to build confidence and speed.

The OnDemand format was perfect for me, as it allowed flexibility while still maintaining a structured study plan. It felt like having a personal tutor guiding me step by step.

As a result, I improved my GMAT score by 120 points, which I genuinely don’t think would have been possible without TTP.

If you’re serious about mastering GMAT Quant (and even Verbal), I highly recommend TTP without hesitation. It’s a 5-star resource and absolutely worth the investment.

Strengths:

the monetary ROI, highly detailed lessons, large amounts of practice quizzes, and the resources to identify gaps in your knowledge and specifically fill those gaps.

Would make the product better:

I would recommend taking full advantage of all free resources. Utilize the free trials from GMAT club, attend free workshops, watch Youtube videos, google practice questions, and ask AI for a detailed study plan and study materials. After you have exhausted the free materials, invest in a TTP course to really dive deep into the expertise and guidance from the best of the best.

TTP's flexible prep self-guided course provided immense ROI and the perfect balance of flexibility and structure for my chaotic schedule. I am currently in my senior year of my undergraduate degree, working at Koch Industries, and volunteering multiple times a week. I did not have much time or money to invest in official study materials; yet, the principles and knowledge I learned through TTP were specific enough to boost my score from a 615 to a 705 in less than two months. I would strongly recommend the flexibile prep course to GMAT students at a very minimum. If you have more time or resources, I would even recommend taking it a step further to purchase one of the more inclusive study plans. Even though I was on the cheapest plan, the TTP team took the time to reach out and personally help me achieve my goals. They are truly a pleasure to work with.

From 64 to 100 Percentile in Quant – Thanks to TTP

Strengths:

The biggest strength of this course is its depth and structure. It thoroughly covers fundamentals and advanced concepts across all topics. I especially liked the Quant and Data Sufficiency sections, which offer a wide variety of challenging questions that build accuracy, strengthen concepts, and significantly boost confidence through consistent practice.

Would make the product better:

While the course is comprehensive, I would appreciate more practice questions in Data Insights, especially for MSR and Two-Part Analysis. Additionally, although the verbal section has a solid question bank, I felt it could focus more on building stronger fundamentals. However, this may be subjective, as verbal is not my strongest area.

Target Test Prep played a significant role in strengthening my preparation, especially in Quant and Data Sufficiency. The course focuses heavily on building strong fundamentals before moving to advanced difficulty levels, which helped me eliminate conceptual gaps. The large volume of practice questions ensures that you are exposed to a wide variety of question types and difficulty levels, reinforcing both accuracy and speed.

One of the most valuable features for me was the automatic error log. It systematically tracks your mistakes, making it easy to identify patterns and narrow down weak areas. This allowed me to work strategically instead of studying randomly. The structured study plan and clear goals also helped me stay disciplined and consistently monitor my progress.

The verbal section is equally robust, offering ample practice to build confidence. The interface is clean and user-friendly, making daily study seamless. Adding full-length mock tests would make the platform even more comprehensive.

Strengths:

High-quality, realistic practice questions with very helpful analytics. Detailed explanations and mock tests made preparation efficient.

Would make the product better:

Add more structured study plans for different timelines and slightly deeper explanations for tougher verbal questions.

I used this resource for about two months and saw a huge improvement in my GMAT performance. I started with a 625 baseline and was struggling with quant accuracy and timing. The practice, combined with analytics, helped me identify weak spots quickly and focus on high-impact areas. The questions felt close to the real exam and helped build confidence. What stood out most was the quality of explanations and the ability to review mistakes in depth. By test day, I felt prepared and calm. I ended up scoring a 715. I highly recommend this for anyone serious about improving their test score in a short period of time.

GMAT Focus 635 to 715 in a month

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

Improvement 80 Points

Course Target Test Prep Flexible Prep

Strengths:

1) Structured yet tailored learning curriculum
TTP offers one of the most logically structured GMAT curriculums I’ve seen. You can select a target score at the outset, and the platform automatically organizes the material in a clear, step-by-step progression. This made it easy to trust the process and focus on execution rather than wondering what to study next. Despite being highly structured, the course still feels personalized to your goals and timeline.

2) Strong emphasis on foundational understanding, especially in Quant
TTP excels at building real foundational knowledge rather than overwhelming students with formulas or shortcuts. Concepts are explained patiently and clearly—almost as if a good teacher were walking you through the logic step by step. This was particularly valuable in Quant, where TTP takes the time to explain why things work, not just how to solve them. The tips and strategic insights throughout the lessons are practical and immediately applicable.

3) Speed, convenience, and efficiency in practice and review
The integration of practice questions directly into learning sections is a major strength. You can immediately reinforce concepts without switching contexts. The review tools are also excellent: weaknesses are clearly identified, performance is tracked by topic, and content is broken into well-defined sections that make targeted review fast and efficient. This design is especially powerful for students with limited study time.

Would make the product better:

TTP is already a very complete product, but one potential improvement would be to include more content that builds intuitive understanding for certain high-variability topics. Some concepts—such as Inequalities in Quant or nuanced Verbal strategies—benefit enormously from alternative mental models or visual explanations.

For example, I found YouTube content from Aditya Kumar (for Inequalities) and GMAT Ninja (for Verbal) particularly strong at developing intuition. If TTP could integrate or emulate the best insights from these types of explanations—perhaps as optional “intuition-building” modules—it would be hard to imagine a student needing any external resources at all.

Overall, TTP is a comprehensive GMAT learning guide that stands out for its efficiency and convenience. With only one month to prepare due to Round 2 application deadlines, I needed a resource that would let me move fast without sacrificing depth. TTP allowed me to essentially “speed-run” the foundational content while still gaining meaningful understanding—especially in Quant.

I improved from a 635 on my first mock to a 715 in just one month of intensive study. This kind of progress would have been extremely difficult, if not impossible, using traditional books or other materials I explored. For students on a tight timeline who still want a thorough and well-structured preparation, TTP is hard to beat.

Strengths:

The quant section of the programme is very comprehensive, covering all the fundamentals and concepts before moving on to questions. The video and written explanations are perfect and have really helped me do well on my exam.

Would make the product better:

The verbal section could include more video explanations for some questions.

The course plan sets concrete goals every day, making the large GMAT content very digestible. This allowed me to study effectively every day and focus on each intricate section of the GMAT. The quant section was extraordinary and gave me everything I needed to do well on the exam. The breakdown of concepts in the verbal section is also very well thought out. Lastly, the inclusion of data sufficiency questions in the quantitative section is a very nice touch, which helped me immensely. Overall, I am pleased with the platform, as it really took the pressure off the exam by breaking it down into well-organized topics, allowing me to understand each topic before the test.
