They were, of course, more than capable of doing so, as well. It was clear that my admissions team had worked with MBA aspirants of all kinds and were had experience dealing with every type of challenge imaginable. In this area too, they made sure to keep me in the loop. Experts’ Global has a lot of resources for helping its applicants understand the admissions process. Primarily, they have a series of videos that that cover topics such as, essay writing, resume writing, securing letters of recommendation etc. This is quite a unique aspect of Experts’ Global’s consultancy, not many others put this much effort into making sure that their applicants are well-informed. With Experts’ Global’s help, I was able to put together excellent applications that got me interview calls from Oxford, Tepper, ISB, Cambridge, Darden, and IESE. With their help, I was able to secure interview calls from Oxford, Cambridge, Tepper, ISB, and IESE. Of course, I was well aware that receiving an interview call is just the beginning. Experts’ Global had made it quite clear, to me, that my interview performance would be what determined, whether or not I received an admit. This was especially true for ISB, which interviews five applicants for each seat. Thankfully Experts’ Global offers “end to end admission consulting”, which includes interview prep. This prep is very well thought out. It includes excellent instructional material, and both theoretical and practical testing. The instructional material is fifteen video lectures on all of the important MBA admission interview topics. They cover what type of content you need to include in your answers, what type of questions you can expect, how to present yourself, appropriate body language, etc. They also provided extremely valuable guidance on how to handle complicated situations, for example, if I was asked a question I did not know. After going through the videos, I had to fill out a questionnaire, to see just how well I had absorbed the information. This questionnaire consisted of the thirty most commonly asked MBA interview questions. Finally, I went through a series of mock interviews, arranged by my interview mentor. My mentor was quite experienced and knew how to conduct the interviews to address the areas that I needed to work on. She determined these areas, based on my responses on the questionnaire. After every mock interview, we had an in-depth feedback session. These sessions were very helpful in understanding my mistakes and I found my performance improving with each one. I availed of Experts’ Global’s MBA admission consulting, for a number of schools. They did an excellent job with my applications to all of the schools; however, I would say that it was my ISB application that they did their strongest work on. Since many MBA aspirants come to Experts’ Global, for help applying to ISB, they have made it a point to develop a strong understanding of its admissions process and requirements. In fact, they have separate consulting service, specifically, for ISB. I found that Experts’ Global’s understanding of ISB was unparalleled. They knew exactly what the ISB timeline would look like and what the application requirements, including the exact essay questions, would be. They also knew exactly what type of content and presentation would work best on the ISB essays. ISB only asks for two, relatively short essays, so it can be difficult to incorporate the strongest content from one’s profile, while adhering to the parameters of the essay questions. My writing team helped me identify the themes that could unite my professional history, my reasons for pursuing an MBA, and my future plans, to form a “story” that would show the committee who I was, as a person and candidate. This type of narrative is important, if you want your essays and application to stand out from the crowd. My team was even able to give me some great advice on what type of student activities would be best for me to pursue, at ISB. As I mentioned earlier, my admission team understood the ISB application process and timeline, very well. As such, they had a very well-defined approach to managing them. They broke the entire application process into a series of, as they called them, “milestones”. Some milestones were to be achieved by me and others by my team. Essentially, they broke what seemed like a very complicated process, into its constituent parts. Since the process had me take everything one step at a time, I did not get overwhelmed and had a clear sense of my progress. My team had excellent communication skills. Whenever I contacted them with a query or a request, they replied to me, very promptly. They also made sure to keep me in the loop, on the progress of my applications.
