Hello #OfficialGMAT
I gave my GMAT exam on 13-May-2017 and have not received my official score report yet.It has been 45 days.
I contacted the GMAT customer care centre on 5-June-2017 since I did not receive my GMAT score by email or on the official website within 20 days (as promised by GMAC). I was asked the following questions:
1. Did I face any technical difficulties?
- NO
2. Did I receive my unofficial score?
- Yes.
A case number 00655572 was issued and I was assured that a technical team will resolve my case within 5 business working days.
I contacted again after 5 business days on 12-June and I was surprised that no action has been taken on my case.
Since then, I have been contacting the GMAT customer care through phone and email every 2-3 days and I am getting the same reply that the case is under review and I would be contacted by the team in the next 2-3 days.
I want to understand what is the required escalation mechanism to raise this issue. I have applications deadline to meet and it is hard to comprehend that an institute like PearsonVUE & GMAC offers such poor service
I am stuck with my application process and goes without saying that It is such stress during the time when I am already juggling with office and application processes of different colleges.
How soon can I expect a turnaround on the status? They always revert with 2-3 days timeline which they do not conform to. surprised there are no SLA and no timelines that Pearson folks can commit -
I can provide additional information specific to my complaint if it means getting some response.
