Also, since no score has been generated, will the selected 5 programs and colleges be notified anything at all?

Tentatively when shall I be re-scheduled to take the test again?

Please help! I have not yet received any reply of my email to the customer care of pearson




I was ultimately allowed to re-take the test free of cost and this time I could complete it successfully. But in the official score report, my previous attempt has been marked as 'Cancelled'.

I cannot install the MGATPrep software. it got stuck at first-time initiation stage all the time. My system is OS X 10.12.2

try to use compatibility mode, maybe it will help...

I had raised a complaint regarding inappropriate testing conditions at the test center. I received an automated response, stating that an incidence has been raised. I was provided with an incident no. 208402495. It has been a month since then. I did not receive any feedback on the matter. Moreover, I have not been provided with an official score report. I took the test on 25th January,2017. I tried contacting on the Indian customer care no +91-120 439 7830, but the IVRS does not respond to any input.
Now since I want to book my test for 9th March, 2017, how will I be compensated if the issue gets resolved in my favor at a later stage?

Hello #OfficialGMAT

I gave my GMAT exam on 13-May-2017 and have not received my official score report yet.It has been 45 days.

I contacted the GMAT customer care centre on 5-June-2017 since I did not receive my GMAT score by email or on the official website within 20 days (as promised by GMAC). I was asked the following questions:

1. Did I face any technical difficulties?
- NO

2. Did I receive my unofficial score?
- Yes.

A case number 00655572 was issued and I was assured that a technical team will resolve my case within 5 business working days.
I contacted again after 5 business days on 12-June and I was surprised that no action has been taken on my case.

Since then, I have been contacting the GMAT customer care through phone and email every 2-3 days and I am getting the same reply that the case is under review and I would be contacted by the team in the next 2-3 days.

I want to understand what is the required escalation mechanism to raise this issue. I have applications deadline to meet and it is hard to comprehend that an institute like PearsonVUE & GMAC offers such poor service

I am stuck with my application process and goes without saying that It is such stress during the time when I am already juggling with office and application processes of different colleges.

How soon can I expect a turnaround on the status? They always revert with 2-3 days timeline which they do not conform to. surprised there are no SLA and no timelines that Pearson folks can commit -

I can provide additional information specific to my complaint if it means getting some response.

Can I install the Gmac Exam Pack1 that I bought for 50$ on 2 laptops?
The laptop that I used to install earlier malfunctions now and therefore I need to use on other laptop.

Please guide.

I hope you can get some help here. I've seen students who've faced the same problem, and I agree that it's not a very customer friendly move on their part. Hopefully these problems will not occur after GMATPrep moves online.

Thanks for the update, but not received any followup response yet - my issue still remains un resolved.
And I am not sure when gmatprep moves online - and even if so, people who bought content previously, should be able to make use of the same.

Hi siddreal,

Yes, you can. First you have to deactivate it on the present computer and then use the activation code on another computer. And it does not matter whether one is using a PC or a Mac, the Exam Pack 1 can be installed and reinstalled on different computers.

as an update, i checked the change logs:
"2.4.323 - March 2016
* Added a support of Exam Pack 2
* Introduced support of Windows 10, Mac OS X 10.10 and 10.11
* Upgraded to AIR 21
* Updated question explanations"

It clearly shows no support for mac o Sierra which is OS 10.12
I wonder what @OffiicalGMAT has to say about it bb?

dreamsfulfilled Any responses from GMAC, I am having a similar problem. I am using mac osx sierra 10.12.5 and today I found out gmat exampack1 and questionpack1 got deactivated on their own. When I try to activate them again, it says "the license code has already been used".

Hi

I just bought exam pack 2 and my exam is in 2 weeks. Ive already downloaded the latest gmat prep software. When i try to activate exam pack 2 i get the error "the license number you have entered is not valid for this product. None of your customer reps have been replying to me and im very frustrated with the service. Pls help me fix this asap.

Today I also tried installing gmat-prep app, along with exampack1 and questionpack1, to another computer that runs Windows, but I got the same error "the license has already been used" when I tried to activate them. I don't know what to do, already sent an email to gmat and no reply so far.

Hi GMAC team,

This may be the stupidest question you have seen. But, I can't afford to take any risk and hence asking this question

Name in my exam application is all correct as far as the order is concerned and it matches with my ID proof. However, my ID proof contains the name all in upper case letters. But by mistake I have entered my name using both upper case and lower case letters in my exam application. Is this okay?

I wanted to be sure so that I could avoid facing any surprises on the exam day
