Hi Friends,
It’s barely 2.5 weeks left for my G day and bit of panic is setting in. I would have loved to get a couple of 700s by now but am at 690 still (Q41, V42) - Though am still on it!
I am not the best at maths, am really hoping to touch about 45ish on test day, while relying bit more on Verbal and hoping to scale it up more and more.
All in all, I am hoping desperately for a 700+ to be able to apply for PhD (yes am not trying for an MBA so need to reach a benchmark of 700 atleast even if I don’t get a brilliant 750+ won’t harm me that bad )
Any last 2 weeks tips?
-What can i do to utilise my days to the fullest?
-What should I definitely not be doing now?
- I am weak on certain maths topics like Probability, tried but never really got the hang of it. Any point taking it up now?

When I was taking my GMAT, it greatly helped me when I took a mock test every day until the G day. I took 10 tests back-to-back and my score improved. In fact, the day before the G day I did a dress rehearsal for my G day. I got ready, took my car, looked for parking at the venue, went up to the centre, got my docs checked, came back home and took the test. It helped me reduce G day anxiety.
