from the given
length of chord RS = 8
now RT * TS = PT*TQ
2*6 = pt*TQ
= 12
minimum will be when pt= tq =x
or \(x^2= 12\)
or \(x = 2\sqrt{3}\)
thus PQ length = 2x
\(= 4\sqrt{3}\)

thus B sufficient
