It was indeed a great experience.
I am relieved that I have my old routine back after 12 days but I do miss the suspense that uncovered daily. Definitely learnt a lot and got to know where I need to focus more now.

Despite this being the team based competition, I propose next time onwards give the awards / rewards to top 15% contributors of each group as the top 15% of even the last team would have contributed much more than bottom 85% combined for the winnning team. So in a way, real contributors might not get much but lazy ones in the winning team might get great rewards. Current structure is Quite unfair in that sense.

The team side makes things a bit more complicated but we will see about switching things up a bit more to make it more individual... and yes, once you are in a team, there is only so much you can do to to move the needle but our hope is that someone will be the group leader and someone will motivate the members to pitch in.

I would like to share my feedback about a couple of aspects. First, I felt that a number of questions were ambiguous. Having attended an earlier Christmas competition, I felt that the standards dropped slightly this time. Although I do understand how difficult finding questions of the standard of OG questions can be. So with that in mind, it would be helpful if in the next competitions, ambiguous questions can have multiple correct answers possible. This would allow users to not be disadvantaged because of a ambiguous question. Second, I also noticed alot of users posting wrong explanations and getting awarded a Kudos. Now, I understand that it would not be possible for a small team of organizers to read every explanation and make sure if the explanation is upto the mark.
