Best CR Study Advice?

My Critical Reasoning scores seem to vary a lot. Does anyone have advice on the best way to study for CR questions?

Apparently, the only way to improve CR is by reading. Whenever you read any passage or argument, try to find the assumption.

For almost 70% of CR questions, the assumption is the key to solve.

if you looking for any courses- you can try egmat or empowergmat. Both are good and have a very different approach towards solving the CR.

Studies:
1) How long have you studied?
2) What study materials have you used so far? Which Modules in the EMPOWERgmat Course did you work through?
3) How have you scored on each of your CATs (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for each)?

Goals:
4) What is your goal score?
5) When are you planning to take the GMAT?
6) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
7) What Schools are you planning to apply to?

Rich - I worked through all modules in in empowerGMAT in the past; I believe I used the 1-month study plan and purchased one month of access. My Quant scores have been great, and I've noticed that my RC and SC have been good as well. The major variant has been CR...sometimes I do well and other times I don't. Do you have any advice that you think would be helpful?
