I got following reply : BB,

With the holiday time now in full swing, we can be inviting to interview up to and including January 12th.

asking if they did any interviews for R1 till now ? anyone had the interview ?

Done with my interview
It was with a second year student and the questions were…

1) Tell me about yourself
2) What do you expect from this program
3) Why Broad ?
4) Tell me a situation where you have to face a challenge in your professional career. What was it and how you mitigated with it

5) Tell me a Situation when you did something not for yourself but for other team members
6) Long term and short term goals and compatibility of these goals with the program
