I don't think so that's the case. Official deadline is tomorrow so waiting till then before making any assumptions makes more sense.
Plus many of us got emails at 9:30 pm (IST) and then another batch got emails at 11:30 pm so I feel there are more to come.
Just hang on buddy.
The official email and mail is still to follow.
