Hi everyone! Just had a chat with Adcom a while ago as my app has been under review since Jan 20. Was told most decisions are ready but they have not been released yet. I think it is safe to assume that if they were interview invites, they would have let me know. So, I guess it’s a ding. They just want to keep us hanging and release by the deadline.

This is really not nice. Mine has been under review since Feb 10th (interview date) and I already see myself as a rejected candidate.

Waitlist or Reject is the only option if you have not heard back. However, keep the waitlist option in mind and start working on improving your profile if you are waitlisted as there is still a chance that people will reject their spot, which potentially opens up the spot for you if you are waitlisted. When I say improve your profile - think about writing the GMAT, job promotions or opportunities, new projects etc. I know none of this comes overnight or in 2-3 weeks, but some improvement is better than nothing and the earlier you start thinking, the better it will be. I was waitlisted after interview and unfortunately the battle/road ahead is long without any guarantees. However, if you want it badly, you will find ways to improve

So no more acceptances are going out? I've interviewed but haven't heard back in weeks.

no, if you have interviewed, all three options are open for you. My point was for people who have not heard back yet (i.e. - not even an interview)

So as per your conversation, who hasn't received an interview invite yet shouldn't be keeping very high hopes..

It’s an unusually long wait post the interview. It’s been more than 2 weeks. Hoping for the best still! Fingers crossed

You never know.

I am more afraid that my interview is now going to 1 month ago and I haven’t heard back. Still shows "under review". Any thoughts? Has someone waited this long and still got in?

I have the same concern. Seems like a ding or a WL at best. If it would have been a straightforward admit, they probably would’ve sent the communication already. Let’s See. Still hopeful!

Even I’m yet to get an interview invite.
I would say that there’s no point in keeping on actively thinking about it, if we’re meant to get an invite, we’ll get one. In the meantime, focus on other aspects - like other interviews, acing it at your workplace, etc.
