The adcom said application numbers are significantly up from previous years -- there are still many applications to go through in round 2. If you have not received an invite yet, I would not panic!

If the initial notification is 3/15, does that mean you’ll still receive interviews on 3/15 and potentially scheduled between 3/15 until the final decision date?

That’s my understanding that you can still get interview on 3/15

yes coz website says that on initial notification date you will receive 1 of the following 3 outcomes:
1) interview invite
2) waitlist without interview
3) early release

You will receive an email if you are invited for an interview, but the portal seems to convey the message a bit earlier.

Interview invites for round two will go out through March 15th. If you want to be considered for round two, the interview will need to be completed by a certain date that is listed in the email. Otherwise, the candiate will be considered for round three.
