As I said. I met multiple Indian males with a waiver, or GRE. You are free to believe whatever you want but I myself got in via a waiver and I’m Indian.

Can echo that I know a few Indian who got in with gre or low test score. The only thing is while it’s still possible to get scholarship in that route, u are likely won’t receive significant scholarship in that route but admit is 100% possible for Johnson w waiver/low test score from Indian background
