I dont think it works like that. I had an issue with my application. It was marked incomplete since they couldnt my find degree that was actually attached. I sent it again on mail and now they have switched it to under review
And I got no communication from them on the incomplete item

Okay, you must be referring to the attachment screenshot of the Unofficial Scores; I believe Columbia or one other school also asked for it.
