If after your MBA you want to work in PE/VC then I would suggest you to get that experience. As without PE/VC experience, it is very difficult to get into. Congratulations for the offer though.

I am well aware of how difficult it is getting into the industry, I just landed in a company recently, hence me saying "Just landed a position at a PE&VC group".

Any R3 applicants get an invitation to interview? I just got mine. I applied in late January. I've already accepted an offer from a small school in LA that gave me a HUGE fellowship, and I know Cox is a better school, but everything is already settled. I'm really annoyed!
