that’s kinda tricky, I would suggest reaching out to the Adcom to get clarity on this. Because, in the end, they will be the ones granting the waiver before you submit your application.

There are a lot of consultants who have amazing reviews on GMAT Club. GMAT Club reviews are amazing resources you can refer to. That’s what I used to pick the admissions consultant I felt the most comfortable with.

Is there benefit in terms of consideration for scholarship, etc. if one applies in Round 1 over Round 2?

It’s a black box, honestly. I mean there are more seats available early on, so naturally it’s a good idea to apply early. But that doesn’t mean you’ll rush your application and mess up your chances of getting admitted. Rather, take your time and submit when you’re ready
