To overcome low college grades, your best (not only) bet is the GMAT/GRE/EA. If you’re still struggling, I would recommend completing MBA Math. It is also a requirement for all incoming Fuqua students

set targets for each and if you’ve fulfilled those, then you can move on to other things. For me, being from an overly represented demographic, I set a target of a 740+ GMAT. Work ex is something that you don’t have control over, but if career wise this feels like the right time, don’t give this much thought. And extra curriculars also should not be just with the aim of making a more holistic profile, the adcoms will see right through it. Do meaningful things and bring about genuine impact. Quality > Quantity here.
but I’d say leadership experiences, inclusivity, high-impact projects (be it social or financial) would help a lot. It’s all about how you tell your story tbh because what you did might not be relevant in your opinion, but it can be relevant to someone else
