General advice to everyone who wants to get into Fuqua reallllll bad:
1) Be passionate about the school. Literally. Relinquish every bone that feels shame in your body and don’t be afraid of demonstrating interest. Do it in a strategic way and be mindful that you don’t make others uncomfortable

2) Connect with current students and alums. If you can’t find anyone to talk to, drop me a PM or a DM. I’d be happy to help you get started. Also, be prepared when you talk to the current students and alums.
3) Start early. The last thing you want is your application to be rushed
4) The idea is to create advocates where ever you go throughout your MBA journey, whether before Fuqua or at Fuqua. Form bonds with people who are already on the table and they will definitely vouch for you
5) DONT GIVE UP HOPE! I can tell you how important it is to be optimistic. I was waitlisted for 9 months. 9 whole months! Not an easy job. But being optimistic pays off. Make sure you keep telling yourself that.
