Thanks for replying. I have heard the same. I only ask because a fiance /wife by that time would be coming, and wanted to give her at least some of my time! If I was single this would be a non issue. I've seen the schedule at least for a month and yes its pretty intense. That means classes 9 to 12, and 2 to 5, with a one hour lunch and one hour for group work / probably clubs. Unlike a one year MBA in the USA where you actually just go over the core business classes in a few months and join up with the 2 year MBA, this sets you up for condensing the entire 2 years into one year. Certain Fridays are left open for study and other activities, but overall its 9 to 5, study work after. If you manage your time well you could enjoy the weekend without too much stress.
I was hoping someone had a better idea of the schedule, but the above is all I've learned regarding the program.
I do think such a schedule is a good preparation for the real world. If you want to go into entrepreneurship, this can require a similar schedule and managing your time effectively to balance work and family life.
We'll see how it goes!

What does the schedule of the ESMT classes typically look like? Is it just 9 to 12 and 2 to 5 daily, with two classes per day? I am just trying to get a sense compared to American programs that seem completely different in schedule.
Hello again @
cantrollmyrs. How's it going? Haven't decided yet? I am not aware about the specifics but I did happen to discuss with a few alumni and with my interviewer and I was told that the program is quite rigorous. The academics as well as the assignments need total involvement and commitment but i guess that is a good thing. After all an MBA is all about managing your time and resources well!
