Is the video interview given equal importance ? Have people who did the video interviews been accepted in the past?

You mean like instead of a person taking the interview how they are doing pre-recorded interviews this year? It has to be weighted equally but think about it, there’s a difference when you’re speaking to a person than to a screen and yourself, watching the timer
It’s fairly unnatural and not conversational at all
I was planning on launching something similar where you can practice mocks but it
*** it’s not the best way.
