Yes - I secured an admit in R1. Q81 V85 DI80 I am 31M, from India, with work exp of 9 yrs (6 yrs at PwC as financial consultant and 3 yrs in UAE with a SWF Investment team).

Select a topic you know in depth about... avoid general topics where interviewer’s knowledge can exceed your’s. Keep them curious.. keep it light texted (only bullets) and photos, if the subject permits.. Send the presentation before hand.. Take the opportunity to familiarise them with something new.. that way you can control the narrative and the questions.. Also keep an eye on where they are located.. so you can give a different geographical / cultural pov to your subject.. Ofc the rest can be like - be confident, dont hesitate, keep it simple.. maybe a little semi formal..
