This is very similar to HBS on "what else would you like us to know" except shaved off a few words to make it under 650; I would find HBS samples to help guide you. It can be about goals but only if you have a unique narrative that separates you in achieving them; I think it is best to tell a story the showcases your brand, what you are known for, if you have done a good job at introspection, this is something that is true for you in every setting personal and professional. Research guidance for the HBS main essay.
Do not talk about work achievements. Do not make it professional; that is boring, that should be covered in your CV and recs. Help them get to know you on a personal level; open your heart, share your values, share who you are, who your closest friends know you to be.

Hello those of you have applied to IE this year, can you throw some light on the essay topic.
I am really confused about what to write. The prompt is " most important thing which you have not mentioned in the application or resume".
This is very vague and i am confused as to what to write. Can i talk about my post MBA goals or why an MBA ? About how you are different or what you can contribute to IE.
Or does it has to be something more specific or personal trait? What have you guys talked about?
Any help is very much appreciated.
Thanks
