Hi, Im working on my application now and just have the one essay question about the most important thing not included in your application. Can I just get some ideas of different approaches people have used? I was planning on using an experience that is definitely in my CV but writing much more about the personal development I went through and how it made me want to do an MBA program, but then started second guessing myself that in order to directly address the prompt I shouldn't even mention anything included in resume. Can anyone give me their input? thanks!

I am not the one who can help you with this but it would be good if you could elaborate on exactly what you want to know about video essays. Several admits visit this thread often and they are highly likely to respond if you ask to the point questions.

I got through my personal interview for IE, however i got an invitation to attend another round of interview through skype.

Not sure if its a good sign or not for being called for 2nd interview. Hopefully its not too bad..Feel free to reach out for any questions you may have on the application process so far!

You can do it at any time. You need to bear in in mind that if you need a VISA in Spain, it will take some time to apply for it. So, my recommendation, do it ASAP as possible.
