It says"Editing of the essays can be done till the submission time, although please keep pressing save and submit every 05 minutes to keep your essay safe. The submission will only be considered once the deadline ends."
That means final submission will happen automatically after 12 tonight

The portal still shows you can submit essays. I thought after 12 am it would be disabled

What ever was within the essay box at 12 midnight has been submitted. The issues like showing 500 words remaining and still allowing to submit are persistent issue with IIMA portal over the years. Hope when you people will study there, you will address that , no one has till date though :)

Hey I saw that all IIMs ask for joining letters for the work experience for their 1 year MBA program. Now I am working in Oracle where they just give an offer letter, and not a joining letter. How do I deal with such a case?

That would be sufficient. I can say atleast for IIMB. I was in the same situation in 2021.

A letter from HR stating joining date is sufficient alongside pay spils

Offer letter is not a proof. It should be something other than offer letters
