For the interview, you just need your government id. These will be required at the time of admission if you receive an admit.

I mean, they are asking these as a question in the application form.

I can get like 2 documents out of 4 if I talk to the HR and CFO or the firm I worked for

So, can I say NO right now to all 4, and then provide these documents if I get an admit/call?

Or put in other words, will saying NO to all 4 of these would not automatically mean a rejection, right?

I mean, if I were the admissions committee, I would wonder that what evidence you have to say that you worked there if you don’t have the offer letter, any payslip or experience/relieving letter.

Just curious here - which industry/field do you work in currently? Ideally speaking, they would have asked you for the relieving letter from your previous company as a proof of employment and your last payslip as a proof of your last remuneration. That forms the basis for them offering you your current job and the current pay that you’re getting

So if you sent these documents to your current employer, then likely you have it with you.

Hi, Can someone suggest if it’s advisable to apply to R2 of IIMA if I have a GMAT score of 680 (Q50,V31) or wait for third round and improve score? (Profile: 8 Years of work experience, Major Highlight: Worked as Civil Engineer in Operation & Main. Vertical in a Renewable energy firm, and now as an Engineer in IT function in EPC firm.

You have to take a call between how much will your score increase vs the benefit of applying in an earlier round. Decide on the basis of your GMAT prep. Here are some profiles that got into IIMs in R1. There are many aspects to the selection process apart from the GMAT score.

Hi all,
Wanted some clarity on the admission procedure of IIM A PGPX.
I will be submitting the R2 application today.

If any expert can guide here, what is the next step regarding essays?
And what were the essay topics for R1 this year ?
Also, will we get separate interview mails after shortlisting for essay submission?

I believe the deadline is 18th December for IIMA and 30th November for IIMB

Can anyone guide me if IIM-A/B will take unofficial scores or only the official score report, as the official one might take some time to come?

They'll accept the unofficial score report. Just make sure that official scores are sent to them by GMAC.
