Thanks LeoN88, I have not received any email from ISB yet. Do they only contact shortlisted candidates?

gsetia001, yes this is true. I've the same information.

Dears,

As you prepare for the interview round, here's something to cheer you up-

I'm certain you're aware of the statistics, still putting it up here. In a nutshell:

- Consulting scooped up the biggest share followed by IT/ITES;
- On day one- 1383 offers were rolled out , average CTC ~ 26 LPA &
- Approximately 231 organizations partnered with ISB for recruitment this academic year!

May the force be with you :fingers_crossed:

So fair to assume that they will look at R3 applications and then make decisions for R2 applicants.

Shambles of an admission process. Have they delayed R2 decisions to such an extent previously?

From what I gather they're going to be delinking R2 with R3. They apparently have a fixed quota of applicants they have to admit from every round. Don't know how much truth there is to this.

Also since R3 had come up only last year, I don't know if we have a previous reference point. Any idea on how it went last year?

Totally agree it's been shambles this year. Anything other than R1 seems like a mess.

Dear Applicant,

This is to bring to your notice that ISB will be releasing offers starting today for R2 candidates. We will be following a rolling offer process for R2 & R3 candidates through the months of January and February 2020. The final dates for closure of all results are as follows:
R2: Selects/Rejects/Waitlist, by 05 February 2020, including the scholarships, if awarded.
R3: Selects/Rejects/Waitlist, by 25 February 2020, including the scholarships, if awarded.

Got this email. Good luck everyone :)
