What do you recommend for interview prep? How do we start? Isn't the interview mostly conversational?

Basis last year’s experience, do not try to think of deduce patterns in the interview process. The app completion mails are not fcfs or based on quality. They apps are divided into batches are shared with admission execs to check for completion. As soon as they finish, the completion mails are rolled out. For interviews as well, be patient and focus on what’s in your hand- the preparation. If you’re waiting for the call to start your prep, then it’s a big mistake.

Don’t happen first*

YLP is a different process altogether and from what I’ve heard most EEO candidates haven’t even received an application confirmation email yet

The attached file (a bit old but does the job) mostly covers all kinds of questions that can majorly be asked for any B-School interview. Obviously one can only prep 80% for the interview, rest 20% is how you lead the interview - most times we don’t realise but if you run a tree-diagram, you might see that you are leading a lot of questions for the interviewers.
