Hello
SidSahayCouple of observations-
1. With most of your work experience as a software engineer, you'd do good to target a higher GMAT score in order to stand out within this competitive pool of applicants.
2. Knowledge of German and international work will surely help provided you bring out your cross cultural expertise and learning. Would be curious to know further on your career progression and achievements.
3. The work experience starts getting interesting from march 21, but why would you jump ship and move to an MBA so soon. It also begs a question on what was the motivation to make this career move.
4. Which brings us to the final part, career goals. What are your short term (post MBA) and long term goals. How do these goals tie in with your past career progress, achievements, decisions and need for an MBA. Surely some of this thought must have influenced your decision to move to your current stint.
To conclude, along with a strong GMAT, ISB will need you to present clarity on thought on order to get a successful admit.
Best
