It is a difficult year for recruitment, but, I definitely suggest going through the reports of previous years too. Basically, I took the percentage of the total they reported from my FT batch- 71% (Could be 75%- a few things I had to account for )(could be accurate given I am seeing a lot of people take up smaller 40-50k jobs and some still looking, some leaving the country and some very interesting ones actually- not surprised). It is a difficult year
