Excerpts from Kelley website:

10. Schedule an interview. Although interviews are not required, we encourage you to schedule an interview as a part of the admission process. We offer interviews on the Bloomington campus and at events throughout the United States (schedules permitting). You may complete an interview before you submit your application. Once you submit your application, interviews will be by invitation only. Those invited to interview may be offered the opportunity to interview by Skype or phone. Skype or phone interviews will not be available to candidates who have not yet applied. To make arrangements for an interview or a campus visit, contact us or schedule online.

Above can be found at Kelley Admissions.

But, I have never heard of anyone who has got admissions to any B-School without a interview, at least to top 25 US Programs.

It is possible for reapplicants as is the scenario for quite a lot of schools but for fresh applicants it would be literally impossible for a top school like Kelley as said by the user above.

That would defeat the whole purpose of interviews. Primarily they are looking for good communication skills in a candidate through the interviews.
A stellar application in most cases does correspond to good verbal skills, but I believe they just want to verify that through the interviews.

Hi Everyone,

I just submitted my application for Kelley!

In the confirmation mail that I have received, it was mentioned that I need to send the official score report to kelley if I had not already sent it while giving my GMAT.

My question is - Do we need to send the school the official score report even before a decision is made on the selection?

Request you to kindly clarify so that I can take appropriate action.

Hi Everyone,

Yes, you need to send the official score report from GMAC.

I am a re-applicant. I applied this year with an increased GMAT score. However, I didnt receive an interview call. Dont know if this is the case with all the re-applicants or just a few. Any updates from anyone would be much appreciated. All the best to all the R1 applicants.
