Very pleasant and a nice experience with Jim !

Just had my interview with Jim a couple of hours ago. Great list on this page. Almost all of the questions he asked are listed on this page. Just 2 new ones -
1) Tell me something about your experience in leading teams (I think he asked me because I've a lot of team leading pointers on my CV. He even started with "Since, you have managed a lot of teams...")
2) What motivates you?

As others have mentioned, Jim is really easy to talk to and keeps the conversation flowing. He gives you quite a few chances to mould the interview your way.
One last thing. Although pretty accommodating, Jim is punctual (and rightly so ). I kept on talking a bit during the end, and he had to interrupt and remind me of the time. So keep an eye out during the last 10 mins and close nicely (unlike me ).

Are the invites over for Delhi location??

are they?. I was hoping to squeeze past the threshold.

I don't think there will be more in-person invites for India Location, as Jim is already in India and he has already taken interviews in Delhi.

Now, if any more invites come in, they will be on Skype.

Interviewer was very friendly and to the point.

1. Why MBA, Why now ?
2. What are your strengths and weakness 
3. Why Kelley 
4. What other schools have you applied to ?
5. Can you tell me more about your company?
6. What do u intend to learn from Kelley team members?
7. What do you do in your free time?
8. MBA is a big decision and investment - are you ready for it? Do you have any apprehensions. 
9. What is the accomplishment you are most proud of ?
10. How will you contribute to Kelley community.
11.Do you have any questions for me.

Huh ! Whats this thank you package. No idea ! I had my interview yesterday in Mumbai with James Holmen.
Can people share how did he close ur interview ?
For me.. he explained about the anxious wait period till 15th december..and asked me to drop a mail or contact him if i have any query in between these times.
