I applied on 5th May. But, I Haven't got any interview updates. Is this normal?
Kellogg's entire approach seems to be very uncertain. If they are not organizing an interview for everyone, that's against their policy. Anyway, when do we expect the result?

Hi, I understand and empathize with your situation, but I just want to put this out there that Kellogg does not have an 'official policy' to interview everyone. So, you're wrong in assuming that they would be in violation if they didn't interview everyone (of course I will sincerely hope that you do get an invite). Many candidates every year are 'waived' from an interview and later on most of them end up getting dinged without an interview.
Since you've applied in Round 3 rolling, the communication for interview invites will be on a rolling basis, which at this point means that they will invite people for an interview not just based on the strength of the individual application, but also on how the class is shaping up, how many previously admitted students didn't end up enrolling, etc.
