It did say on the website that it was time sensitive and I don’t remember but I think the deadline was 14-15 Nov?

I'm having difficulty with the form as an international - do we indicate we are interested in the special scholarships even though answers to all the sub-questions are no?

There is also seemingly no place to indicate the component of fee we are hoping to take a private (Non US govt) loan for.

Appreciate any suggestions :)
