To answer both questions, I applied for expedited decision around November 18 and received acceptance call today. My interview at Kellogg was October 6.

I received a call too at around 10:30pm IST...
It was also past my other deadline bt Kellogg was my top priority anyway!

Applying for round 2. Do I need to submit english language test scores? Some where it is mentioned ielts/toefl are waived off is medium of instruction is english in graduation. But in certificate it was not explicitly mentioned about the medium

What can be done in this case. Request for leads

The undergraduate degree usually has a supplement page that states if medium of instruction was English. If your undergraduate school does not have that, and you indeed studied your undergraduate in English, I’d say send an inquiry email to the Kellogg adcom asking what form of proof will be acceptable. They are really prompt and helpful.

Degree or official transcript - one of them has such a supplement
