I still have not received any info, one way or the other. Does anyone have any idea why? Has this happened to anyone else? Today is a bank holiday so I can't call to find out. Frustrating!

I think there are a handful of us who haven't heard anything yet. I'm assuming it's an issue that won't be rectified until Tuesday when people are back from the long weekend. Yay more waiting time!
