It is my understanding that they release everyone's decision on the 20th.

I finished my application on the deadline date. Got my interview request on the 18th

Just had my interview yesterday on campus with 2nd year student. Pretty conversational overall and it took me 1 hour.

Questions from what I remember were what you have already read online from GMATClub reports and Clearadmit:
Walk through resume.
Why MBA/why now?
Why McCombs?
Example of leadership experience.
Example of conflict at work and how it was resolved.
Short term long goals and long term goals. What about Plan B?
What did you learn through application process?
Experience with diverse group?
What would you contribute at McCombs?
Questions for him.

Also, decided to go for the lunch and learn they had on campus for that day. Had a nice chat with a couple of 1st year students there. Now to wait for December. Good luck to all!

I think it's misinformation. I've heard from several places of people not receiving invites for interview.

Till when will interviews be sent out? I submitted deadline day and still haven't heard back. Could anyone give their opinions on my profile? I'm worried that it might be too weak for the program.
7.65 GPA in Production Engineering from a reputed university in India and 760 on the GMAT. Will have 2 years of work ex for a manufacturing company in India as a product manager and marketing exec. and saved the company approx. $300,000 in projects (huge sum in India). Don't have much for extra curricular activities but I play a lot of sports as hobbies, not competitively.
