Well I have an interview with Johnson coming up, so been prepping for that. But my friend that's currently in McDonough keeps on bugging me and raving about his experiences so that's not helping with the wait at all.

I have to admit, I really do have a soft spot for Georgetown. When I stepped foot on campus last September, it really felt like home.

Best of luck with the Johnson interview. That is a good distraction to have. I know what you mean about that soft spot. Hopefully the next 30 days will be fast. I'll be on vacation on d-day but all I'll be able to do is stare at my phone!

I know McDonough individually calls for acceptances. So if you see a number with a DC zip code, that's that!

Hey guys have you received an email regarding update on the application review process. They mentioned there would be another interview. Is there anyone who got same email?

I got an update email today, but the content of the email was almost identical to the content in the video they sent me after I submitted my application. It just covered the application and review process. Mine talked about the interviews and how invites would be extended up until the decision date, but it didn't mention that there would be another interview. Have you been invited to a second interview?

No I had only one interview. may be I misunderstood, ,it says "they review the qualitative aspects of your application shown through the quality of your professional work experience, essays, interview and recommendation" then next paragraph it says again interview invitation. That's why I thought these two are different interviews. my bad :-)

I got the same email.


I also got the same e-mail had my interview in january. I guess we will get to Christmass but we won't get to March 20th LOL

I wouldn't say that just yet. If you look at the Application tracker on the index page, McDonough invited at least one GC member on Friday, and it looks like some interviews took place then, too.

The deposit deadline for R1 admits was two weeks ago, so I suspect they may be getting themselves organized now that they have an idea of who from R1 will not be matriculating.
