I think it’s because they provided fee waiver in round 2, and the application is so small - many people took benefits of it

Guys, during the interview if you ask questions but the interviewer doesn’t clearly have answers or feels they are not very relevant to that specific school, does it hurt our chances?

­Why would you want to ask them something that you believe they won't have an answer for? You're basically shooting yourself in the foot. And your aim during the interview should be to show your "genuine" interest in the school, so thoughtful "school-related" questions would take you a long way.

­Look at the required application material and starting working on them. If I were you, I'd start off with resume and then essays and LORs. LOR particularly can be tricky if you reach out to your recommender in the last moment. More tricky if they are just finding out about your plan to leave the company. So, bringing them onboard early with your plans (if you can), might also help.

yes I did. I sent a follow-up email after 3 days and he replied to me 6 hrs later saying that he was a little bit tied up with his own stuffs couple days ago. so I suggest you give them a little more time or just send a follow-up email
