We’d still be in a better position vis-a-vis last year. The deferral pool made Class of 2023 admissions very competitive. This year you might see +5-7% increase in class size as well.
I am sharing this basis conversation with current students, not necessarily at Ross

And what about waitlist? Any idea if the waitlist this year is much higher than usual?

I just realized something, we never get to know that figure. Honestly, because in class reports you will only see the following data points:
a) # of applications
b) # enrolled
There is a funnel from # of applicants to # invited for interview and then (waitlist, deny, admitted)
But I guess schools don’t want to micro-segment the data so much. Otherwise, it will be too much data for us 😅
But, duke states 15% of waitlist candidates get offers.
