For the people who received a reject email: were you waitlisted with or without interview? Also, what was your overall take on the weightage of interview, essays, recommendation, and GMAT/GRE
how would we know about the weightage? one would need a good number of applications’ data to infer such information

Are there any resources to prepare for the interview apart from the debriefs?

All interview invitations have been emailed. If you are invited to interview, the Full-time MBA admissions team will make every effort to reach you, and we recommend checking your spam/junk email folder for an invitation.

Round 2 applicants who are not invited to interview will see either a waitlist or deny decision in the application portal on March 17th. Waitlisted applicants who were not invited to interview will be re-reviewed in subsequent rounds for a possible interview invitation. Instructions on accessing your decision will be emailed several days before the decision release date.
We recommend following the Full-time MBA Admissions Blog to get the latest updates on the process and timeline and reviewing the FAQs.

Please let me know if you have additional questions.

I have not received official waitlist notifications but I just assume that I am "waitlisted" i.e. denied.

The number must be much greater than 8%
The acceptance of Ross is around 20%, so it must be higher than that.
