(Cross-posting) I had an interview last week and I did not get any behavioral questions at all. No "what change since last application?", no "why Sloan?", no "how will you contribute?". Every single question was resume-based.
Did anyone else have a similar experience? Should I be worried?

Anyone have done interview on Skype? how did it go?

I did Skype interview today. It went well I think, pretty standard: 4-5 behavioral questions, most of them about challenging situations; why MBA, Why Sloan. The interviewer was really nice, and made me feel quite comfortable.
I just had my interview at MIT Sloan on-campus last week. I was in and out of the interview room in 20 mins (from 30-45 mins slot). I don't think that is a good sign. I might have fumbled through a couple of my answers. I sent a thank-you note and received a reply from adcom saying that they enjoyed the conversation. Do I dare continue keeping hope? Any thoughts?

Hard to tell without more context but that does seem to be on the shorter side (my on-campus interview was 45 mins I believe). Honestly though at this point I won't worry too much about it. What's done is done and you'll drive yourself crazy trying to analyze something that's out of your control. It's impressive that you even got an interview (only 20-25% of R2 applicants can say they have)! We only have a little less than two weeks to wait

If it makes you feel any better my interview was closer to 25 minutes and I got in with $$$.
