You may still get it. I did not have to do anything on my side. The "Payment" section of the application says "Your application fee has been waived".

i don’t see anything like this. you got waiver for registering or for actual attendance? in approx how many days after the lgbtq event you got it?

Just used powerpoint following their example. They said "We have even seen perfectly acceptable charts made on word" during their Q&A last week. So don't stress about the making the chart look beautiful. Just make it easy to understand and explain your place in the company. Unless you are self-employed or doing consulting, it should be pretty straight forward for most of us.

You can also use draw.io or lucidcharts or figma. Draw.io is simple to use, have used it before. Not sure about the other teo
