I believe they only want the org chart for your current company -- you should double-check their instructions but I've never had a client do it for a past employer. it's totally fine if it's a small firm with messy reporting structures -- you just need to find a way to represent that visually. Good luck!

(1)Do they contact the people who have been listen as additional references? What about the main recommender? (2) What is the main purpose of the organizational chart? Also, if I have worked at 2 organizations (my previous one being the one with a proper organization and stuff and the current one - not so much - it's a small company). Do i present charts for both the companies?
I am disappointed in the MIT thread, Quite frankly my McMaster thread is way more active than this one, where are the Admits at?
No one has been admitted yet, decisions are Wednesdays
Let's make a chaos here, like, you know, consider this a safe space to let out your nervousness.
I'm sure all the MIT probable admits got a placement in other universities with Scholarship.

Yes, this makes the decision extremely difficult. Got 90k scholarship from Berkeley and full-ride scholarship from Ross. Very difficult to evaluate whether the price premium I'd have to pay for tier 1 schools is worth it.
Thank you for your sincerity! I am also getting to this conclusion.

I would also go on to say that for HSW, it doesn’t make sense to let go of a full ride at Haas/Ross. Granted there’s a silver spoon and halo effect with HSW, but the opportunities in tech or consulting are largely similar. I think H/S might only make more sense if you want to go to PE/HF/VC.

Well noted. for someone who wants tech (like me), the price premium is too high for the potential benefits.
