Nope, they did not say anything about it and I did not ask.
Going by KinjiGC's timeline, I think within a week...

Just a heads up. Majority of the admits that came out on 13th march have the payment deadline of 23rd march. So expect some admits post 23rd march.

They just give 10 days to make up your mind and submit a deposit of $5000

Hello!

I have been a serial reader in all the forums but have never posted :P
I have been dinged by 6 colleges so far, some with IV and some without. Somehow, I feel that I never really gave back enough to the community so I didn't get any admit so far. However, I had my NUS interview day before yesterday and I'll share my debrief in the community hoping that karma will find me this time.

It was very very different. All my preparation was not required and went to waste because they asked me questions which I never expected. However, I'm actually glad about it because it was unexpected and fun and therefore I had a better time being myself than delivering prepared answers. Also, the interviewers were really cool ladies. However, all these doesn't matter to me if I don't make it but it was a very good experience.

1st question: Tell us something about yourself
2nd question: So, I see you are very involved in CSR activities. What kind of employment activities would you recommend for people with intellectual disabilities, who can only work in sheltered places and do repetitive work. (I kind of took the guesstimate question solving method and screwed it up real bad).
3rd question: I see that you are a magician or an illusionist in your free time. Can you tell us more about it?
4th question: Have you invented any magic tricks?
5th question: Is it only about optical illusions?
6th question: Warren Buffet said, "Being born rich is having a silver dagger on your back rather than having a silver spoon in your mouth". Do you agree or disagree? Why?
7th question: If you have to fire a friend, how would you do it?
8th question: If you have to fire a friend who has stolen data from your company and sold it in a market, how will you do it?
9th question: I see that you haven't mentioned about how you will fund your education. Can you tell me about it.
Me: My father and my family will fund my education.
Interviewer: Oh, I see! Family scholarship! :D
10th question: Do you have any questions for us?

All in all, I had a great time. The interviewers were way too cool! 8-)
There were no typical questions - why mba, why nus, why Singapore and no questions from my essays.

Maybe they are not even considering me seriously :-( frankly, I never understood any interviews properly!

Hi Tambi,

I too had my interview yesterday. It was taken by a Strategy prof Mr. Ishtiaq Mahmood and One member from the Adcom (I dont remember the name of the lady)
Herez the debrief:
1. How many Korean Companies in Gurgaon (As I work in a korean company)
2. Tell us about yourself and about your profession
3. Why NUS and Singapore?
4. Whats unique about you?
5. A question on the essays. Precisely on the NUS Mission essay.
6. What difficulties I am expecting to face in Singapore
7. My short term and long term plans
8. Why consulting and dream companies.
9. Do u want to work in India only or are you flexible with location.
10. Any questions for us?

All in all it was a discussion kind of thing. Too much relaxed. Eased out!!

PhoenixDreams , sounds like we had the same panelists. I didn't catch the lady's name either (even though I asked a second time!), but after a bit of detective work, my best guesstimate is that her name is 'Cher Sie Chang', in case you were planning on sending Thank-You emails.
Do keep us posted if you hear back... I'm already checking my email about 20 times a day :zoom

So strange thing. I got an admit over the weekend even after I had withdrawn the application by mail. This decision has come almost a month after my interview (although no scholarship details in the mail).

Weird really.

Nothing dude....
I am not sure about the time line. As for KinjiGC, it was just 4 days, whereas for razordude it was 1 month.
So just sit back and wait :)
