I think unless you are urm, if you are waitlisted with waiver no matter what round, don’t expect anything before June. You will be most likely the last people admitted from waitlist if you do get that opportunity

Waitlist with a waiver is likely just a positive signal to reapply. I don’t expect to convert off the waitlist.

R3 applicant here, got accepted after waiting a full 31 days after my interview on 4/15.
Seems like a full month is the latest they'll notify you.

They said 3-4 weeks. But I told them I had offers from other schools and need to get back by May 30. They said they’ll try to get back before then

For those who were waitlisted in previous rounds, did you also recently receive two emails from the admissions office? One email asked to restate your decision to remain on the waitlist, and the other asked if you have any additional updates.
I am considering it just some default administrative process.
