Just had my interview with Olin. Very conversational and unlike typical interviews in its duration(20 mins) and breadth of questions( More focused on personal aspects). Hope to get an admit with a good offer. Good luck to everyone else.

No idea...they haven't even finished evaluating the R1 applicants. If history is of any value in predicting the future in this case....you won't see anything until maybe late January or even early February R1 applicants started getting invites AFTER the R2 application deadline.

R1 moving fast! 44% already got invites! compared to three weeks ago only 3%.... LOL guess Olin is trying to give everyone an answer before the holidays!

Sure buddy. The typical why trilogy(why mba, why school, why now). Goals and why you have them. Personal questions about family as an answer somehow had that aspect. Questions related to my community service as it is a huge part of my profile and contribution to Olin. When i said it was unlike typical interviews, I meant it was free flowing, with the questions stemming out of my answers and very personalized.

JWahid , Please correct me if I am wrong, my interpretation of the situation is that you have an updated GRE score which is higher than what you have already applied with which is not yet available officially on ETS but you have an unofficial version. If yes, I would suggest you to go ahead an email the school about this update with the unofficial copy and ask them how to proceed next so that this one is taken into consideration during decision. If no, please elaborate more :-D

Also, congratulations on an excellent GRE score.

I was in this same situation. I just emailed the school a copy of the unofficial score report, and they updated my file.

Yup, that is exactly the case. I hope my essays were not as ambivalent as my post :P
I am worried if I would get an interview call, with an experience of just 1.5 years !
