Hey all,
Congrats to all admitted (potential classmates!) and those who got dinged, well you were not dinged. Its more like Harry Potter and the Wand story, you choose each other so the Olin wand isn't for you, hang in there!
Yeah I am a bit late in jumping on the bandwagon but here I am now...my story follows:
1. Applied in R1 (1oct..I have a thing for submitting applications literally in the 11th hour, it was already 2oct in India when I hit the submit button)
2. Interview call around 6 Nov. ; face to face with Evan in Delhi on 18th Nov. I was home (Nepal) for some work so asked for an extension.
3. Skype interview scheduled with Kevin on 3rd Dec. - interview was the usual, as reported by other, more proactive gmatclub members.
4. Received admit mail from Evan. He said he thought of calling but realized its 1 am in India (sounds familiar to a few of us I guess). Also said I shall be receiving a formal admissions email by weekend but the mail had actually come just before Evan's mail!
5. Mark Kelley's admission offer email came with the scholarship details too.
6. Heard someone say that we won't be getting snail mail admissions package. I believe thats not correct.I have been told to expect a big courier delivery in Feb.
